Client: The Skin Space

The Skin Space is a fusion of Florence Fatiafola's 15+ years of experience working in both clinical skin centers and the spa therapy industry.

Knowing how much skin can impact our day to day lives and self-esteem, she and her therapist Devi wish to create a comfortable and understanding space to provide skin solutions for anyone, at any stage of their skin journey.

I cover all admin and operations on behalf of the spa. My work includes:
- Website editing, design, and formatting
- Client management, engagement, and retention
- Content creation (filming, marketing materials, and more)
